To request account deletion, either click on the “My Account” page of the Values App and click “Delete Account” or send an email to hello@values.institute with the subject line “Request Account Deletion”. Include the email address associated with your account.

After receiving your request, our team will verify your identity and send you an email confirmation. This process may take up to 48 hours.
2.4 Confirm Your Request
Upon receiving our confirmation email, you’ll need to confirm your deletion request by clicking on the link provided in the email. Please note that this link will only be active for 72 hours.
3. Final Steps
3.1 Completion of Account Deletion
After your confirmation, we’ll proceed with deleting your account. This process may take up to 14 days. You’ll receive an email once your account has been deleted.
